When you use the services of PrimeLending Mortgage, you could benefit in several ways. If the buyer obtains a mortgage through PrimeLending, then at closing, Acadian Homes will pay the owner's title policy and survey.

You are not required to use PrimeLending Mortgage as a condition of your purchase of an Acadian home or as a condition of your mortgage loan. You are free to shop around to determine if you are receiving the best services and the best rate for your mortgage loan.

BONUS! ACADIAN PROVIDES CONSTRUCTION FINANCING!

Often, building a new home involves the buyer in a construction loan or interim financing from a financial institution. Not with Acadian Homes. If you build with us, you don't need a separate construction loan or interim financing to build a home on your lot. Certain restrictions do apply -- call us.

There are real benefits to this approach. If you qualify as one of our buyers, during construction of the home, you'll have no interim financing or construction loan (Note: this is not your mortgage loan). Also you will have no monthly payments during construction, or added interest costs.

USDA AND FHA HOME LOANS

A USDA Home Loan is offered in certain geographic areas of the country to applicants with a specific income. They are fixed-rate mortgages with a 30-year amortization. USDA loans are offered in towns outside larger cities, and Bastrop and the surrounding area qualifies under a USDA Home Loan. A USDA Home Loan offers up to 100% financing for qualified buyers. A FHA Home Loan is available to qualified buyers for first time home buyers, investors, and refinancing. With a low down payment, this loan can work well for many home buyers.

ACADIAN IS YOUR VA-QUALIFIED BUILDER
